NEW MONTHLY CLASS —

RESTORATIVE YOGA AND YOGA NIDRA

For tired bodies, busy minds, and tender hearts.

Once a month, I offer a practice that is slower than the world asks us to be.

This is a space to come and lie down.
To be supported.
To stop holding everything up for a while.
To find true rest.

Not the kind of rest where you scroll or sleep lightly, but the kind that asks nothing of you. The kind that lets your body exhale before you even realise it’s been holding its breath.

This practice is slow and spacious.
We move gently into restorative shapes, supported by blankets and bolsters, and we stay there.
Long enough for the body to soften.
Long enough for the nervous system to settle.
Long enough for effort to fall away.

From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra — a deeply restful, guided practice that sits somewhere between waking and sleep.

There’s nothing to get right here. Nothing to do. Nothing to achieve. Just listening, sensing, resting.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, calm, or “good” at rest.

This practice is for tired bodies.
For busy minds.
For tender hearts.
For anyone who feels a little worn by life and could use somewhere to land.

This practice is especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply in need of something gentler. Many people come because they’re holding a lot in their lives. Some come because they’re grieving. Some come because they don’t know how to rest, but they know they need to learn.

You might leave feeling calmer.
You might feel emotional.
You might feel quietly held.
Or heavier, in a good way — more grounded.

However it meets you is enough.

Come as you are.
Lie down.
Let yourself be supported.

Rest is not indulgent.
It’s essential.
