MEET GRACE

I’m Grace, a passionate creative, therapist, and yoga teacher based in Staffordshire, England. I specialise in supporting adults, teens, and children through a variety of life’s difficulties, with a particular focus on trauma, grief, and suicide loss.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centred and heart-led way of working. It draws on my professional training as a therapist, my lived experience of complex loss, and years of gently holding space for others walking their own path through grief.

Each thread of my work is driven by my unwavering devotion to being of service, shaped by the healing power that lies within connection and creative expression, and grounded in the beautiful messiness of being spiritual beings having a human experience.

Alongside my work as a therapist, I’m also an experienced Squarespace website designer with a meticulous eye for detail. I choose to collaborate with purpose-led entrepreneurs — coaches, therapists, yoga teachers, creatives, and changemakers, whose values align with my own ethos of depth, authenticity and integrity. It’s been a true privilege to design expressive, bespoke websites that don’t just look beautiful, but deeply reflect the spirit of the people behind them. My style of design is intuitive, carefully considered, and quietly impactful — weaving together beauty and functionality to create a digital space that feels like home to both my clients and those they serve. So, when I’m not holding space in the therapy room, you’ll most likely find me at my desk, creating digital magic.

The group sizes are well considered and are tailored perfectly to the various venues and the group leave the retreat genuinely inspired.   • Grace’s heart warming retreat is pure bliss and highly recommend. Grace lovingly guides you through a beautifully restorative practice with gorgeous words and gentle direction. The room is so well thought out and welcoming. Gorgeous oils are passed around beforehand and there is the option to light a candle in remembrance of loved ones no longer with us. Along with homemade gingerbread and a lovely surprise at the end the evening is not to be missed. A wonderful way to honour yourself and the time of year. An evening further enhanced by Grace’s incredible playlist! This is now a must event in my calendar never to be missed.

  • I found the Retreat incredible. You always have such a calm yet concise manner that your instructions could be followed with your eyes closed. It was highly relaxing yet challenging too but not so that it felt unachievable as you guided us to where our individual limits lie. The personal touch with the little bags particularly the glass bottle with the card to put inside I thought was such a lovely idea and the sparklers really thought provoking and moving.
