MONTHLY CLASS —

Restorative & Yoga Nidra

A monthly practice for tired bodies, busy minds, and tender hearts to be supported and find true rest.

Held on the second Sunday of every month, 16:00 - 17:30, at Tixall and Ingestre Village Hall.

A monthly practice that is slower than the world asks us to be. A space to come and lie down, to be supported, to stop holding everything up for a while and remember what it feels like to truly rest. This is an intentionally slow and spacious class, with breathwork and moments of introspection woven throughout, designed to support nervous system regulation, deep release, and conscious rest.

We’ll explore restorative postures, supported by blankets and bolsters, and we’ll stay there for a while — long enough for the body to soften and for effort to fall away. Our time will close with Yoga Nidra, sometimes called ‘yogic sleep’, which is a guided practice done entirely lying down, allowing deep physical rest while the mind hovers somewhere between waking and sleep.

A Nourishing Practice For...

Tired bodies, busy minds, and tender hearts

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply longing for a slower pace in a world that moves too fast, this is a place to land each month. A space to gently recalibrate and return home to yourself.

No experience is needed. You don’t need to be flexible or ‘good’ at rest, you just need to be willing to arrive, fully.

Come as you are, with all that you carry, and let yourself be supported.
