A MIDWEEK PAUSE —

About the Class

An integrative practice combining breathwork, gentle somatic movement, vinyasa flow, and grounding yin yoga.

Each class begins with practices that gently ground and attune the system, helping to cultivate presence and connection to yourself and your body. From this centered foundation, the class builds into a flowing vinyasa sequence, before softening into the stillness of longer-held yin and restorative postures. This final phase of the practice invites release, receptivity, and quiet integration.

Held within the warm embrace of candlelight, this class honours both activation and rest, movement and stillness, structure and surrender — meeting the nervous system with rhythm and steadiness, and offering a consistent space to land each week.

Grace’s style of teaching is rooted in the principles of trauma-sensitive yoga and yogic philosophy. Her classes offer more than just movement; they are an embodied experience of attuning to the self with presence, care, curiosity, and a sense of playfulness. This is not a performance-based practice. It is a space of gentle discipline and attuned awareness where movement becomes a language for connection, and rest a recognition of our wholeness.

Who This Class Is For

This class is open to all levels of experience. Whilst flexibility is not required, a foundational level of mobility is important, as the vinyasa portion of the practice involves transitioning between standing, seated, and kneeling postures.

This class is a gentle invitation to connect with your body, your breath, and a sense of inner steadiness while feeling held within a warm and supportive community. Whether you’re new to yoga or are returning to the mat, you are more than welcome here.

Come as you are, with all that you carry. No expectations. No pressure. Just a loving space to land, and a chance to pause amidst the hurry of life and return to the steady pulse of your own presence.
