Location: Acton Trussell Community Centre, Stafford, ST17 0RY

Investment: £15.00 (90-minute class)

Who Is This Practice For?

This practice is best suited if you are:

  • Comfortable with foundational yoga postures and feel eager to explore a little more intensity in your practice

  • Seeking a comprehensive practice that balances physical challenge with relaxation and recovery

  • Looking for a dynamic, well-rounded experience that builds both strength and flexibility

  • Wanting to build endurance, improve mobility, cultivate a deeper sense of wellbeing, and embody a sense of vitality

  • Curious about exploring balancing postures and playful arm balances

  • Drawn to a movement practice that both challenges and grounds you

Why 9o Minutes?

The extended duration of this practice allows time to fully warm up, build intensity, and sustain movement long enough to become a true cardiovascular practice. It also gives you the time and space to go deeper, both physically and mentally, inviting you to move past the noise of the day, and drop deeply into a state of flow.

What Are the Benefits?

This practice is designed to strengthen the body, energise the spirit, and restore balance to both body and mind. Through strength-building sequences, you’ll cultivate physical resilience and endurance. Focus-enhancing balancing poses sharpen concentration and steady the mind, while deep stretches release tension and bring ease back into the body. Intentional breathwork ignites your energy, steadies the mind, and anchors you more fully in the practice.

Practiced in a warm room, the steady heat supports circulation, improves the range of motion in muscles and connective tissues, and encourages the release of tension held in the body.

This is more than just a workout — it is an intentional practice that aligns movement with purpose.
