HOLDING SPACE FOR YOUR BECOMING —
MEET GRACE
DipCHyp, MPNLP, HPD, MNCH, TIYT, BSc
I’m Grace — therapist, yoga teacher, and website designer based in Staffordshire, England. At the heart of all I offer is a space to land, to be seen, and to return to what matters most. I support those navigating life’s thresholds and hold space for those seeking clarity, connection, or a deeper sense of centredness. Whether on the mat, in the therapy room, or behind the screen bringing visions to life, my work is rooted in presence, integrity, care, and a deep reverence for the human experience. This is an invitation home.
A GLIMPSE INTO MY HEART
I LOVE FINDING LIFE’S simple JOYS
I am always seeking out the sacred in the mundane — the simple things that bring me joy: tulips, sunflowers, and gypsophila; the quiet ritual of my morning cup of tea cradled in my hands; the solace of reading and writing poetry; bare feet on the earth; and cuddles with my golden retriever, Nala. I’m forever exploring new ways to practice presence and creative rest, and lately my heart has wandered into the kitchen, where I’m learning the alchemy of making sourdough and baking focaccia.

The Heart Behind My Work —
IN SERVICE OF THE HUMAN SPIRIT
From a young age, discipline, dedication, and deep feeling have been close companions on my path. I grew up in the world of acrobatic gymnastics — a space of fierce focus and physical expression — training rigorously from the age of four and later competing at a national level. My father, an ultra-endurance athlete, modelled determination and devotion in ways that shaped my early understanding of strength. Not only the kind found in miles run or mountains climbed, but the quieter strength of perseverance, discipline, and showing up wholeheartedly, even when no one is watching.
But strength, I came to learn, is not only physical. In my teenage years, my relationship with food and my body began to fracture. This was the beginning of a long and complex journey with anorexia, a struggle that quietly shaped my early adult life. In those years, I was quietly searching for balance, control, and a way to feel safe inside my own skin. I turned to plant-based living, studied Health and Nutritional Science at university, and found moments of meaning in creativity — self-publishing a plant-based recipe book in 2017. This is when I found yoga.
What began as a tool for emotional regulation and grounding during turbulent years slowly became a deeper path of self-compassion, presence, and softening. Yoga was no longer a place to perform; but rather, it became a way of being. As my practice deepened, so too did my reverence for its roots. I felt increasingly drawn to the ancient wisdom and lineage from which yoga arises, learning not only through practice but also through humble study and listening. In 2019, I followed this call across oceans: first to Sri Lanka to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and then to Costa Rica to study Trauma-Informed Yoga. I returned changed — steadier, more spacious, with a clearer sense of what it means to hold space for others.
Then, in 2020, my world cracked open. My father ended his own life.
There are moments in life that shake us, when time stands still and the ground gives way beneath our feet. That year became the beginning of a profound grief journey, one that continues to shape not only how I live, but also how I serve.
In the wake of my loss, I turned again toward learning. I trained to become a therapist, guided by a quiet knowing that the pain I had walked through and the fire I had survived could one day be carried forward to walk alongside others in theirs. Today, I work with individuals navigating grief, loss, and life’s many thresholds, both in one-to-one therapy and within community spaces like Grief Circles. I also volunteer for the national organisation Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide, honouring the shared humanity that connects us in both heartbreak and in healing.
Alongside this, my work in design has continued to flourish, a path that began in childhood with a natural affinity for digital creativity. From early self-taught beginnings, to roles in social media and digital design for well-established UK companies, and now as a trusted Squarespace Gold Partner Website Designer, I bring both detail and depth to every brand I support. I primarily work with heart-led entrepreneurs — those with vision, purpose, and stories that matter, and who share values that align with my own: integrity, authenticity, depth, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful impact in the world.
Across the three branches of my work — therapy, yoga, and design — my work is in service of the human spirit. Not to fix or to rush, but to honour. To witness. To meet people where they are and gently walk beside them as they remember their way home.
The Pathways Forward —
WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
If these words have stirred something tender within you, or if a quiet part of you feels ready to take the next step, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you, wherever you are on your path.
THERAPY
If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or out of alignment in your life — you're not alone. I offer a warm, grounded space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and to gently support you in feeling more resourced, finding steadiness, clarity, and a deeper sense of self.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, depression, low self-esteem, panic attacks, chronic worry, fear, or simply feel lost without knowing why — I’d love to support you. Together, we’ll work at your pace, using an integrative, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approach to help you feel safer, steadier, and more at home in yourself. We’ll gently untangle what’s been weighing you down, explore what’s keeping you stuck, and begin creating a life that feels more balanced, manageable, and meaningful for you.
GRIEF THERAPY
Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, navigating the quiet ache of ambiguous loss, or living through the many invisible layers of heartbreak that grief can bring — I am here to support you.
From my experience, grief is not something to fix, but something to tend to. I offer a compassionate, therapeutic, trauma-informed space to support you in navigating life after loss. This work is here to support you in tending to your grief, helping you to find your way through in a way that honours your loss and feels meaningful to you. Using a range of therapeutic disciplines and tools to support your process and healing, we move gently, at your own pace, tending to whatever is present, from the loudest pain to the quietest ache.
YOGA CLASSES AND RETREATS
I offer weekly trauma-sensitive yoga classes in Acton Trussell, Stafford — a consistent space to return to your breath, body, and inner steadiness. Each class weaves together movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and embodied presence.
Alongside these weekly gatherings, I also hold seasonal retreats throughout the year — spacious, intentional offerings that invite deeper rest, reflection, and reconnection. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll be met exactly as you are, with care, gentleness, and respect.
SQUARESPACE WEBSITE DESIGN
I offer bespoke Squarespace website design for heart-led entrepreneurs, creatives, and small businesses who want their online presence to feel intentional, beautiful, and true to who they are.
Whether you're just starting out or evolving an existing brand, I work closely with you to bring your vision to life with clarity, care, and attention to every detail. From structure and flow to layout and feel, each design is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your values and connect meaningfully with your audience. This is more than design. It’s a collaboration rooted in purpose, creativity, and story. As a trusted Squarespace Gold Partner, you can feel confident that your website is in experienced, caring hands.
