THE PROCESS

From Concept to Creation

Bringing your website to life is more than ticking off a checklist — it’s a creative journey, crafting a space where beauty, purpose, and professionalism meet.

From our very first conversation to the final launch of your site and beyond, this journey is designed to feel clear, intentional, and supportive. The process unfolds in five key phases.

Phase One: Discover

Our journey begins with a warm, complimentary consultation, where we take time to connect and explore the story behind your brand. We’ll dive into your vision, values, and hopes for your website, making sure we’re aligned and inspired as we step forward together.

Phase Two: Prepare

We’ll begin by establishing your brand style — including your colour palette, fonts, and the overall feeling you want your website to embody (if these aren’t already in place). Together, we’ll also clarify your brand’s personality and voice. I’ll guide and support you in shaping the copy for your website, ensuring it feels true to you. If you have any visual inspiration, this is where we begin vision boarding, weaving your ideas into the foundations of your site.

Phase Three: Design

With our strong foundations now in place, the design and build of your website begins. I’ll craft a bespoke design that thoughtfully reflects your brand’s personality, values, and vision. Every element — from layout to details — will be chosen with care to ensure your website is not only visually beautiful, but also intuitive, seamless, and a joy to navigate.

Phase Four: Refine

Once the initial design is complete, you’ll be invited to preview and interact with your website. This is your opportunity to review every detail, share your feedback, and suggest any refinements or edits — ensuring your site feels exactly as you envisioned it, right down to the smallest touches.

Phase Five: Launch + beyond

When you’re 100% happy with your website, we’ll schedule your handover call and set your site live! You’ll receive a comprehensive, pre-recorded training session, walking you through everything you need to confidently manage and update your site. But our journey doesn’t end there — I provide two weeks of post-launch support to ensure everything runs smoothly, and I’m always here for ongoing advice or adjustments whenever you need.

How much is it —

Website Design Investment

This premium, high-touch, heart-led package is offered at £1,750. I offer two Payment Plans for Website Design fees which gives you the option of paying for your services in up to three smaller payments. A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required to secure your booking. Project fees can either be paid in full or split into a three-part payment plan.

A 15% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, paid upon initiation of the Design Agreement (£262.50)

One instalment, paid in full, due on the project start date (£1,487.50)
