Just as nature stirs from winter’s slumber—stretching toward the light, unfurling in its own time—this retreat is a gentle invitation to do the same. To soften the edges, shake off the heaviness of winter, and step into the quiet renewal of spring with tenderness and presence.
Softening into Spring is a slow, nourishing morning of renewal, reflection, and rest. Together, we will honour the transition into this new season through gentle somatic practices such as yoga, breathwork, and intuitive movement, interwoven with self-inquiry, stillness, and a deep listening to what is ready to unfold within us.

This event is non-refundable and non-transferable. If after booking you are unable to attend for whatever reason, you are entitled to offer your place to another participant and I will do my best to support with this.

Mats, blocks and bolsters are provided, but if you would like to bring your own you are most welcome.
Layers for warmth and suitable footwear, as part of the retreat includes a gentle outdoor walk.
A blanket and/or cushion for extra comfort.

Please wear comfortable clothing that enables you to move easily and any layers including cosy socks for the Yin and meditation.

Of course. The movement practices are gentle and accessible, with modifications offered to suit all levels. This retreat is about softness and presence, not flexibility or experience.
