Early Bird ends Friday 23rd August • Limited Spaces Available •

We are all walking an ever-changing landscape of life — and as the seasons of life come and go, so too do the seasons of Self. The cyclical rhythms of nature that continue to unfold before us hold so much wisdom if we are open to learning from them. Falling leaves reminding us of the impermanence and fragility of life, and the dance between darkness and light a sweet transmission of hope for brighter days to come. As Autumn nears, so too does the invitation to acknowledge the transition between what life was and what it is becoming; who we were and who we are becoming.

It’s important for us to remember where we have come from and the versions of Self that we have had to part with to become who we are today — to appreciate all of the ways that we have been undoubtedly changed and shaped by the storms of life. To witness, forgive, and love all past parts of ourselves that felt unheard, rejected, let down, or hurt. This day retreat offers a sacred space to embrace the brave evolution of Self and the many beautiful and messy ways that life’s seasons change us and shape our experience of life as we know it.

It is my deepest prayer that this event reaches the hearts who are yearning a space to reflect, remember and honour all past seasons of who they once were and how their life used to be, to recognise the fluidity of their being, and to meet themselves here; in the current season of their life, with the grace and softness akin to caring for a tender child. This work is delicate and my offering is full of deep integrity and care. An authentic opportunity for us to walk together and tenderly peel back the layers to understand and deepen our connection with who we are now, and to step into this new season with curiosity, gentleness, and with love. All in the arms of love.

Please see further details about this retreat including what to expect and how to book below.

As leaves cover the forest floor in a carpet of vibrant rusts, orange and gold, autumn proves that sometimes death too can be a beautiful thing.

WORDS OF GRATITUDE

Grace’s heart warming Christmas retreat is pure bliss and highly recommend. Grace lovingly guides you through a beautifully restorative practice with gorgeous words and gentle direction. The room is so well thought out and welcoming. Gorgeous oils are passed around beforehand and there is the option to light a candle in remembrance of loved ones no longer with us. A wonderful way to honour yourself and the time of year. This is now a must event in my calendar never to be missed.

— Amanda Baker

I had stepped out of my day-to-day life and I felt the huge relief of having a moment to pause, truly breathe, and let myself be. The whole setup was beautiful and Grace is such a caring, kind, and gentle yoga teacher.

— Jade Brazier

Grace is a wonderful yoga teacher. Her understanding of the body and mind and the language she uses to describe movement and postures is clear and sophisticated. She has always exceeded my expectations showing true professionalism and passion in her teaching. She will always encourage self-inquiry in an intuitive and spiritual way, encouraging us to remember yogas real purpose.
