ABOUT THE CLASS


A blissful immersive experience to awaken and instil peace within body, mind and heart. During this class, you will be lovingly guided through breathwork, gentle movement and Yin yoga, followed by meditation — all practiced by the soft glow of candlelight, accompanied by the aroma of soothing essential oils. A truly magical mid-week immersion to drop out of the constant bustle and busyness of life, and drop in to the inner oasis of your heart. All levels are welcome in this space.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  • If you have your own yoga mat and props then please bring these with you to class, but don’t worry if you don’t. There are mats and props available to lend. It is also advised to bring a bottle of water and a blanket (or something warmer to put on) for Savasana at the end of the practice.

  • Please wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in such as t-shirts, tracksuits, or any sports or yoga clothing you may have.

  • Of course! This class is suitable for all levels and beginners are more than welcome. Modifications are always offered and encouraged.

  • Yes, of course! One of the biggest myths surrounding yoga is that you need to be flexible — you don’t! My approach to teaching yoga is gentle, intuitive and allows yoga to be accessible by everyone. Both classes offer lots of options and modifications so you can tailor the practice to meet your body’s needs. These spaces are safe, supportive and non-judgemental — you are more than welcome to join us.

  • It is very important to me that you have the best experience possible, which is why I recommend that you find a yoga class specifically tailored for pregnancy. If you would like further advice or recommendations I know some exceptional pre-natal yoga teachers, so please contact me directly and I’ll happily pass you their details.
