PHASE 01.

Visionary Inquiry

Journal • Coaching Call • Brand DNA

You'll work through the Visionary Inquiry Journal, intentionally curated to help you uncover your bravest vision for your brand and business, identify your soul-aligned clients and gain clarity on your most potent products or services. We'll extract the magic from your inquiry to create what’s called your ‘Brand DNA’, so that as you and your business evolve you remain aligned with your heart's true north.

PHASE 02.

Creative Alchemy

Moodboard • Coaching Call • Visual Magic

This is where the creative alchemy happens. Watch as your bravest vision begins to take form. We’ll work creatively together to translate your Brand DNA into visual magic, weaving together the golden threads of your vision. We’ll be mood-boarding, curating your brand imagery, and selecting your fonts, colour palette and textures.

PHASE 03.

Medicine Words

Journal • Brand Voice

Here, you’ll work through the Medicine Words Journal to translate the heartfelt underpinnings of your brand and business into written medicine. We’ll work collaboratively to compose your website copy in a way that clearly and eloquently conveys your magnetic message to draw in your soul-aligned clients.

WEBSITE DESIGN

WEEKS 4 - 6

Following on from your Brand Therapy, the next three weeks will be dedicated to creating a beautiful, fully functioning website that is truly aligned and deeply therapeutic for you, your brand and your business.

Your website will be a heartfelt expression and soulful extension of your brand — capturing your divine essence and acting as a lighthouse to call in your clients and amplify your impact. And, in those quiet moments where the niggles of fear and self-doubt feel all consuming, your website will be your haven, your digital mirror, offering a powerful reflection of how far you have travelled, your Heart’s work, and a gentle reminder of the courageous spirit you are.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

  • A cohesive site map to finalise the layout and flow of your website

  • Domain connection or transfer and set up of your website on Squarespace 7.1

  • Up to 5 beautifully designed website pages that supplement and express your brand, and most importantly, capture the essence of your Heart

  • Mobile responsive design to ensure your site looks and functions well on all devices

  • Integration of your logo and brand components from your Brand Therapy

  • Collaborative copywriting

  • Stock photography curation

  • A live, half-day 1:1 Training Intensive teaching you how to update and manage your site. I’ll answer all of your questions and offer tips, guidance and support so that you feel confident in taking your site on from here. You’ll have lifetime access to the session recording.

Grace is a highly experienced virtual assistant, content creator and website designer, in addition to an established trauma-informed yoga facilitator, grief mentor and ThetaHealing® practitioner. Grace’s work innovatively weaves together her natural flair for exceptional design and marketing expertise, with her heart’s calling to be of service.

She mainly works with soul-aligned, heartfelt humans and creative entrepreneurs across the UK and the rest of the world to create a bespoke and beautifully curated brand and website that supports their most authentic expression. She helps bring their bravest vision for their business to life.

Grace has several years of experience working within digital marketing and creative design — from Social Media Co-Ordinator at British Gymnastics, to Virtual Assistant, Website Designer and Digital Creative at Awakened Life Ltd, founded by one of the UK’s leading yoga teachers.

SQUARESPACE CIRCLE

Circle is Squarespace’s programme for website designers and developers. As a Squarespace Circle designer, working with Grace you’ll benefit from:

  • Squarespace offers a two week trial period but as a Squarespace Circle designer, you will receive an extended 6 month trial. So if you’re looking for a little more time to finalise things before launching, you have up to six months before your site will require a paid subscription.

  • Since I’ll be building your website on Squarespace, you will be eligible for a 20% discount off of your first year annual subscription plan.

  • As a member of Squarespace Circle, I have access to the latest news, features and early releases of platform updates. You'll have complete peace of mind in the knowledge you're working with a legitimate, professional Squarespace website designer.

  • Unlikely... The Brand Therapy process is a foundational and integrated part of my website design process, so I ask that all my Website Design clients start there. However, if you already have a beautifully aligned brand identity that's ready-to-go, then I'm open to just doing the Website Design process with you. Let's chat more over a Discovery Call.

  • My Brand Therapy process alone includes a Mood Board and Brand DNA which provides you with a clear creative and strategic direction for your brand, but not a finalised brand style guide or assets. However, there is the option to ‘Add-On Design’ for an additional investment of £250, which includes:

    • Primary Logo

    • Submark Logo Design

    • Favicon Design

    • 3 Initial Logo Directions

    • 3 Revisions Per Logo Direction

    • Colour Palette Selection (HEX & HSL codes)

It's essential our digital homes are easy and affordable to maintain and update. More and more entrepreneurs are switching to Squarespace for that very reason.

  • Absolutely! It's so important to me that you hold the keys to your digital home. I'll provide you with personalised training so that you can manage your site with confidence and ease moving forwards.

    I also offer past clients Coaching and Creative Immersions should you want more hands-on support after we launch.

  • Yes! Your project investment can be paid in 2-3 instalments - the first as a deposit to hold your dates in my project calendar, and the final one due before your new website's launch.

  • We will talk through the pricing option that will be best for your website as it varies depending on what functions you need from your site, for example, a shop function.
