This retreat falls on the day of the Autumn Equinox — marking the end of Summer and the beginning of Autumn. The very cycle of nature and it’s changing seasons are powerful invitations to reflect upon our own internal seasons. Autumn itself is a time to turn towards the light within and harness the perennial wisdom of nature by letting go, slowing down and creating space for regenerative practices.
Sacred Pause offers a loving space to turn inwards; to reflect and recharge as we enter into this new season — allowing all things which we have outgrown to fall away. A time and space to reconnect to what matters most.

Of course! This event is suitable for all levels, all I ask is that you are open to exploring new practices and feel ready to journey inwards.
I teach in a way that helps you to discover that YOU are the expert of your own body, mind and soul. Throughout the retreat there will be freedom to explore each posture and movement in a way that encourages you to listen to your body.
Honouring the needs of your body and rhythms of your soul is doorway to, not a detour from, your healing and awakening.
